292 members in the CapitolExposed database appear on a Russian, Iranian or Chinese counter-sanctions list, among them 221 of 434 sitting House members and 67 of 98 senators. None appears on a United States, EU, UN or UK sanctions list. This replaces an earlier version that called them sanctioned and cited figures that are now six months stale.
CapitolExposed matched 47 companies in congressional stock filings against international sanctions and watchlist databases. Lockheed Martin, Chevron, General Dynamics, and Uber all appear. So does Iron Mountain, flagged on the U.S. OFAC list at 70% match confidence.
