Filings arrive in bursts — thirty one day, none for three. When nothing has been disclosed, nothing is sent. A conflict score is a screen for what to read next, not a finding against anyone.

Is it free?

Yes. Pro subscribers get an expanded edition — up to 100 newly disclosed trades instead of 10 — but the digest itself costs nothing.

When does it arrive?

The daily edition goes out at 9:00 a.m. Eastern (8:00 a.m. once clocks go back). The weekly edition goes out Mondays at 9:05 a.m. Eastern (8:05 a.m. once clocks go back). Both are fixed instants — 13:00 UTC and Mondays, 13:05 UTC — so the Eastern time shifts by an hour when the clocks do.

Will I get one every day?

Only when there is something to report. Members have up to 45 days to file, so disclosures land in bursts. An edition with nothing in it is not sent.

Can I switch between daily and weekly?

Yes. Every email links to a preferences page where you can change it, or stop the digest entirely.
