Reporting packages built from public records. Each dossier puts a member's STOCK Act filings, late disclosures, committee seats, lobbying filings on their bills, campaign receipts and federal contract leads into one cited account.
No published dossiers found yet. Dossiers appear when multiple significant patterns converge across the public-record datasets we track.
A dossier is written when the records hold at least two independent facts about one member of Congress worth a reporter's time. It draws on STOCK Act filings, Senate lobbying disclosures, FEC campaign finance records, committee rosters, roll-call votes and USAspending contract records, tied to the member by an identifier each record carries. Name matches against offshore leak, foreign-agent and sanctions databases are not used.
Verification levels: Confirmed findings have 3+ independent corroborating signals. Probable findings have 2 corroborating signals. Needs corroboration findings are based on a single record.
