Put Congressional trading data on your site with one line of code. Widgets are free for everyone, need no account or API key, and refresh as new filings are ingested. Filing updates are currently paused. The archive runs through Oct 22, 2026.
Anything in your page source is public. Widgets do not need a key; widget.js ignores a data-api-key attribute and warns in the console if it finds one. If you published a key that way, rotate it from your account page. Keys belong on your server, for calls to the REST API.
/embed/. No script on your page. These are also what our /api/oembed endpoint returns, so pasting a member or stock URL into WordPress, Ghost and other oEmbed consumers embeds the card automatically.Either way, keep the "Powered by CapitolExposed" attribution (Terms, section 7).
