Donald Gene Davis is an American politician and former Air Force officer serving as the United States representative for North Carolina's 1st congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the North Carolina Senate, representing the 5th district from 2009 to 2011 and again from 2013 to 2023.
