Legislation before Congress, cross-referenced with lobbying filings and suspicious stock trades by lawmakers. Each bill shows how many lobbying filings mention it and how many trades in lobbying-connected companies occurred within 90 days of introduction.
This surface is strongest when a bill already has industry tags, lobbying mentions, and mapped trade activity. A low overlap count does not mean the bill is unimportant. It usually means the linkage layer is still thin, the bill is too new, or the underlying records have not yet been matched to the same issuer and industry names.
The linkage layer is already live across 307 bills and 12,233 bill-specific lobbying filings. Trade-overlap counts remain narrower because issuer matching is intentionally conservative.
| Bill | Title | Session | Status | Introduced | Industries | Lobbying | Trades |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SJRES 181 | A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress. | 119th | referred | Apr 13, 2026 | foreignaffairs | 0 | 0 |
| SJRES 180 | A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress. |
CapitolExposed cross-references lobbying disclosure filings (LD-2 forms) with Congressional stock trades. The "Lobbying" column counts how many lobbying filings specifically mention each bill. The "Trades" column counts suspicious trades (where a Congress member traded stock in a company whose lobbyists mentioned this bill) within 90 days of the bill's introduction. High counts in both columns may indicate the bill-lobbying-trade pipeline that warrants further scrutiny.
